About
Jacqui Jones is a wellbeing coach, author, and experienced facilitator with a deep passion for supporting women through midlife transitions. With a background in social work, mindfulness meditation and positive psychology, Jacqui now focuses her work on women’s wellness; particularly the emotional, physical, and spiritual shifts that emerge during the menopausal journey and midlife.
She is the author of The Greatfulness Guide: How to Think, Not What to Think (Murdoch Books, 2021) and the founder of the Greatfulness Wellbeing Program, which has reached thousands of primary school students across Australia and the UK. Over the past two decades, Jacqui has worked across education, mental health, and personal development, delivering programs for organisations including TAFE NSW, Parents at Work, the NSW Government, and the University of Sydney.
Previously focused on children and families, Jacqui’s own experience of menopause and spiritual awakening inspired a renewed purpose: to walk alongside women navigating this powerful, often misunderstood life stage. Drawing on her professional training and lived experience, she brings warmth, clarity, and grounded guidance to everything she does.
Jacqui has previously been featured on ABC Radio and TV, Channel 7’s The Daily Edition, Channel 9, and various wellbeing-focused podcasts. She continues to speak and facilitate on topics related to mental fitness, mindfulness, and female transformation.
