A place to connect, reflect & reset.

Mindfulness for Midlife

An 8-Week Immersive Experience for Women Ready to Reconnect, Reflect and Reset.

Mindfulness for Midlife is a soulful and structured weekly gathering for women who are navigating change and seeking deeper connection with themselves and others. Held online (or in person for those based in Sydney), each session is a carefully curated space to step away from the noise and come home to yourself.  Over 8 weeks, we gather for 60 minutes of real-time nourishment; no performance required;  just truth, insight, and soul.

Each session is shaped around a simple yet powerful rhythm that we refer to as ‘An Hour of Power’:-

  • 20 minutes of Connection – authentic check-ins, new wisdom, knowledge and skills

  • 20 minutes of Reflection – guided inquiry around a weekly theme to help uncover patterns, beliefs, and insights

  • 20 minutes to Rise – a closing meditation or visualisation to anchor the learning and uplift the spirit

These gatherings explore topics at the heart of the Pink Diamond journey; self-care, feminine power, dismantling old programming, healing the body, and reclaiming your inner wisdom. We will also leave space to co-create themes together, allowing the group to guide where we most need to go.
